Good mini stepper 😊
This mini stepper is okay, the foot holders click with every step (I think is a tiny little space left between the plastic and the metal, on purpose), but nothing noisy or annoying. Otherwise the stepper remains completely silent. I have read the instructions and in the book I received there’s no specification it should be used for only 15 minutes. Easy instructions just remove it from the box attach the cords and youre good to go. Safe as well, easy to keep balance while getting on and off it, pedals non slip and enough space on them even for persons with a big foot. The space left on the pedals doesn’t bother me at all and sometimes I place my feet back or forth on them. It’s pleasant to train on it, and can have a good hiit workout or just slight cardio. Tone, train, lose weight. Good quality hydraulic system and option to adjust height. I personally prefer dumbbells instead of the cords for a full body workout because I feel they keep pulling me toward the ground and I don’t feel like the movements are quite natural, or no cords at all, unless I would just hold them there to help me toning if I was a beginner. Try to keep a good posture while on it (suck your belly in, stand up tall, shoulders down, straight back) and you definitely have better results and avoid back pain or injury. That’s how you make it a full body workout. If you don’t like the cords or don’t have dumbbells at home and you are a beginner, just use your hands and move them first, then start with some water bottles comfortable for you until you decide to get dumbbells if you want and can. On YouTube you can find different types of workouts that might make yours more pleasant and help you keep going and reach your goals. I contacted help support with a question and I got their reply in around 24 hours. The item was shipped SIOC by Amazon, perfect delivery as every time. I received a battery plus one spare. A good item overall, I recommend, and I’d like to thank the herein community for posting all the reviews that helped me make my choice. Thanks and happy stepping ☺️

Fantastic Fitness Companion: 5 Stars for the Mini Stepper with Apps!
I recently added the Mini Stepper to my home gym setup, and I can confidently say it's a game-changer for my daily workouts. Let's start with the positives – this stepper is not just sturdy; it's built like a tank. The construction is solid, providing a reliable and secure platform for my exercise routine. I never feel wobbly or unstable, even during more intense workouts. It's a testament to the quality of the materials used. One standout feature that sets this Mini Stepper apart is the incorporation of apps for workouts. Having a variety of workout options at my fingertips has added a whole new dimension to my fitness routine. The apps provide guided sessions, keeping my workouts fresh and challenging. It's like having a personal trainer in my living room. Another huge win for me is the ability to set and hit daily workout goals. The Mini Stepper has become my go-to for quick, effective workouts that I can tailor to my fitness level. The goal-setting feature keeps me motivated, and I love the sense of accomplishment when I hit those targets. However, I must mention that the step counts are not always spot-on. While they give a general idea of my activity, I've noticed that they may not be as accurate as some dedicated fitness trackers. It's a minor drawback, but if precise step counts are crucial for you, you might want to keep that in mind. In conclusion, the Mini Stepper with Apps is a fantastic addition to any home gym. Its sturdiness, app integration, and goal-setting capabilities make it a versatile and enjoyable piece of exercise equipment. Despite the slight step count accuracy issue, the overall experience is top-notch. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their home workout routine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Robust & quiet but not for the mature person
It's a sturdy & decent weight exerciser but I would not recommend this for the older generation because it makes you feel as if you are going to topple forward, thus important to be next to a fridge, dining table or door for support when mounting on & off. To me the stepper does not feel as if you are getting a good leg work out. It's too hard on the knees as the range movement is too restricted, unlike a stationary cycle where leg movement is wider & not hard on knees. As function goes, it does not really mimic walking which is what I was expecting. It is fairly quiet. I prefer the function of the stationary cycle over the stepper, however, I will keep this this to improve my stability which will be when I feel safer not toppling forward & not needing support, which am sure it's doable. Good price point for the quality.

Excellent machine for daily exercise
Great way to exercise while watching tv. Right behind the sofa this small and strong machine is fundamental for not only exercise but also in helping acquire a much confident balance (because of an eye problem)as doctor orders. I really enjoy exercising every day. It is an excellent machine. Then it simply goes under the sofa.

It feels industrial, like it belongs in a proper gym!
I spent £50 on a stepper than looked similar to the original version of this but it broke after about 10 months of use. I ordered the advanced version of this stepper because the reviews were great and I’m so happy I spent the extra money for it. The quality of the product as a whole feels great. The weight of it tells you how sturdy it is. The foot grip is great too - I had to take my socks off to use the old one but not this one. Finally, it barely makes any noise at all - I could exercise at night an no one would know that I am doing so. I’m very happy with the product so far and am happy that I spent the extra money for a quality stepper.

Digital monitor doesn't work properly
Good little stepper, as a relatively active person the level of resistance is just right. I don't understand why they bothered even adding a monitor to this as it's completely useless, it comes on but doesn't accurately count anything. E.g., stepping solidly for 10 minutes, it only recorded 53 seconds, having taken 11 steps and burned 3 calories. Thankfully I bought it at a reduced price otherwise I would have returned it. I'm not too fussed about the tracking but it was a selling point, so if you want a stepper with a functioning monitor I would suggest buying a different model.

Handy if you're time poor
I bought this stepper as I wanted to increase my movement as I'm on maternity leave with a 9 month old. I chose this over the walking treadmill as it was cheaper and smaller so would take up less space in the front room where I currently have it. I use this once the kids have gone to bed. It is a bit noisy when you step, the sound of the steps hitting the bar as they go down can be a bit repetitive. It won't wake anyone in the house but it's not silent. But if you're watching a film after the kids have gone to bed you might find the noise a bit annoying but you're probably not gonna use it for the duration of the film. It's easy to set up and use. Just start stepping and moving your legs and the automatic counter will start by itself. It's decently priced for something which gets you moving and you don't need to pay for a monthly gym membership. The version I got doesn't have the arm exercising bands (I thought I did order that but it turns out i didn't in the end) but you could use a couple of tins or buy some dumbbells or use your body weight I guess. The tension is adjustable with a knob that you turn. I've not tried it on different levels yet. You can really feel your muscles in your legs working. I've started using it for 10 mins at a time to settle into it as I've not exercised for a while. I was fine the next day so I could probably go for a little longer. I can't comment yet on it over heating or anything like that as I've not used it for a long enough period. When I do I'll update my review.

Decent product (But resistance level feels a bit high)
Just bought it, is a bit larger and heavier than I expected it to be but was pretty simple to set up in terms of height adjustment (which was pretty much the only thing really needed sorted) and move around. Device can be used with or without the arm resistance bands too. Only issue so far is the resistance level seems very high which makes a simple short excercise more strenuous to do and there doesn't seem to be any way of lessening it to an easier level for beginners. Other than that it's a decent product.

Great, works well
Simple to set up and fits easily under my desk so I actually stand up & use it without having to haul it out of a cupboard. I definitely feel it working my muscles – it's more of a workout than I expected. I'm enjoying it :)
