My current switch is loud and it turns on and off every 30 seconds when water is running. Is that normal, a plumber suggested I could have water tank issue.

Here's how I handled this... shut off and drain well line (or relieve pressure in system). There is a cap/plug usually at the top of the tank with a tire valve. Use a tire pressure gauge to make sure that it is only a couple PSI lower than the low number on your switch. i.e. for a 40/60, you want about 35-38 PSI. Turn water back on and pressurize system. Pump should run less frequently. If it takes months/years until it starts constantly running, then you are okay. If it starts running constantly right away, then you may need a new tank. I am not a plumber, so please get a second opinion :)

The contacts are sparking?

Only after extended use, the contacts can become dirty. If you are sparking with a brand new unit either the in-rush current is extremely high or you have low pressure on the pressure tank. The bladder needs to have sufficient pressure to activate the pressure switch firmly without sparking. Rule of thumb is 3psi above the cut-in pressure. What is the difference between Form U and any other Form?

What do you meand ' form D"? The reason I use this one is that it has a lever on the side that allows me to turn pump on when it drops below set low. The auto ones don't work with my well setup.
