Fantastic, works great, easy to carry and goes right in your luggage, you have at least 24hrs of it staying cold.

this is a great insulin carrier that is relatively portable. We need to carry two insulin pens for different types of insulin. this allows us to do so. however, the supplies that are necessary with such as alcohol pads and injection needles to in a small container to the side And oftentimes are falling out of the taylor when you open a period the cooler portion is great and keeps the insulin cold for a long time. It fits nicely in a purse although it is a little large inside the purse. Still, we were doing lunch bag with a cooler previously and ended up losing the lunch bag because it was just another thing to carry

As an insulin user, this "cool" case has proven perfect for traveling. The removable blue cooling block sits in your freezer until you're ready to hit the road. It accommodates 2 syringes (I use KwickPens) in its main compartment, with a "net" section for small accessories, e.g., pen needles. However, if you're traveling for so long (lucky you?) that you need to bring more, the "net" section can accommodate 2 additional syringes. It has kept my meds cold for up to 18 hours.On the downside, I've sometimes had to struggle a bit with the zipper. Hard case vs. soft zipper. I've gotten used to it. And the "net" section may not accommodate larger glucose meters.

This container works so well for insulin pens. There is a good sized pocket on one side that holds all the accessories one needs for insulin injections. The ice pack keeps the product so cold for many many hours! I like how the ice pack was specifically designed for pens and was formed to allow the pen to sit perfectly in place. The only concern is the zipper is kind of hard to zip at times. It has not yet broken but am wondering it that will happen with more use. Time will tell! All in all, great product.

When it comes to keeping something cool, the important thing is the ice pack volume to surface area ratio. Too many of these types of cooling cases have large but thin freezer packs. The problem is that with so much surface area, these ice packs thaw rather quickly. It is just a matter of physics.This case has a freezer block that has the right ratio to keep from thawing too quickly.I use this in an office situation and after a 12 hour day, it is still cold and just starting to show some signs of thawing.Now one has to be smart about using something like this. You can't expect this to keep your pen cool if it is out in the hot sun for 8 hours. For something like that you need double or even triple insulation set ups. Again, physics.But for urban use, I have found this to keep my pen nicely cool all day and then some

This order arrived way earlier than it suppose to be and I appreciate it because I m traveling soon, and need the medicine casing so bad. I put it in the freezer and tried to put the medicine inside, so far as the plane will put in their plane freezer, it’s hold for a couple of many hours. It's high quality and worth it. Highly recommended!

This product fits all of my kneeds for diabetes. Very sturdy and easy to carry in luggage or purse. It is not light weight. It is a bit heavy. But ok. This is my opinion.

Does it’s Job basically
