Nice timer!
Counted down to my retirement. Displayed in my office to remind my coworkers, haha. A little complicated to program but no problems once set. Will use for other big life events.

It took a few minutes to get the this clock to match real time, but it is actually quite easy once you know what to do. I had 89 days to retirement when I brought this to work. Every day 4-5 people mentioned it. It was a fun way to wind down the time!

It works
It does a good job of letting me know how soon an event will occur without having to look at my watch and calendar to calculate it. Digits are large enough that it's easy to read even at a distance. No other count down timers come even near this price with this capacity. All good but there are few things it doesn't do that would make it fantastic and more universally applicable. It's a liquid crystal display so you have to have good lighting to see it, why not have a momentary switch to shine sn led on it like so many other liquid crystal displays use. Have an option to indicate count up after the count down ends so you also know how over due the event is. The magnets on the back need to be flush or they don't hold. Have a reset to start so you can track repeat events without having to set it again. I would gladly pay a little more for any of these improvements. All in all it's a good device even with my nit picking. Only time will tell if it will keep working. To be continued...

As soon as I attempted to set the countdown, the screen started to flicker. Removed the batteries and still, the screen continued to spaz.
