My review
Love the fresh taste and texture. It is rather expensive but I decided to splurge for the holidays. Too bad so many people want to cut themselves a big slice, haha

Learned a lesson
This was not like a fruitcake at all. Mine didn’t even look like the pictures. It was totally black and looked and had the texture of fudge. There’s plenty of nuts on top, but there are not enough nuts in the cake. I did not like the flavor at all and did not taste like it had Brandy in it. It was a splurge for me to spend that much money on a fruitcake and when I first saw it, I was so disappointed in the size for that price however, since I don’t like it at all that doesn’t even matter anymore. If I could send it back, I would, but I don’t think it’s fair to take a refund and keep the cake so I’m chalking this up to a learning experience.

Overpriced and too hard to cut or eat
Very disappointed with this product. It was much smaller that I expected and was so hard I could not cut it with a knife. It should not be called "cake". Was more like a chunk of petrified rock. Bad tasting. Tossed in the garbage.
