Can you bend sheets at right angles withoutcuttig

It is hard polystyrene so not bendable. You’d have to cut the board to create a right angle.

Can I stick it to plywood to use as a gate?

You potentially could, but it would look pretty bad and end up being damaged quite quickly - its not as durable as the description suggests it is.

Are these suitable for surround of a inset electric fire? There is no naked flame so it’s just whether they can be used near the heat of the heater.

Sorry not sure, they're similar to polystyrene if that helps at all? I used them on an interior wall in my downstairs cloakroom
