Happy to have found authentic first party batteries
Absolutely satisfied with buying a couple of these for spares. Without being able to be 100% certain unless I had watched DJI birth the batteries in person, I believe those that I received were completely authentic and brand new. If you want to make sure they are genuine check that the serials match everywhere, that means box, battery, and DJI Fly app. Look at the quality of the printed sticker on the battery and also check the seams in the plastic on the battery itself. They should have very little space between the plastic halves without any gaps.

Revised review
Had a few negative things to say at first but here is my final review! I had trouble charging this battery at first but all is well now. I dont have a charging station so I charge it while the battery is in my Mini 4k. I didnt like the scuffs and scratches on the battery as I didnt realize this was used but nothing is wrong with the battery itself as I first thought. Finally installed the battery and connected to the DJI app to check the battery cycles-- This battery only has 4 cycles on it. Now I am very happy with this purchase. I just had to learn to be patient 😅

99.999% new at a used battery price.
Well today yet another battery from Amazon came in, and while I usually get them new, this particular one was advertised as used but like new condition. And it was at a very decent price. It came in hibernating mode, and I threw it on the quick charger, and it showed a really healthy level of charging. But before I make any serious flying with a new battery or any change of hardware, I like to take it out in the backyard and do hover tests To flight prove its worthiness and to add it to my rotation. And, as always, I kept telling myself, "Jim you're not gonna fly higher than 10 feet. Not any higher than 10 feet!" And that was the initial plan. But as I stared at that sad looking little drone, hovering only 10 feet above the ground, that 10-foot plan went right out the window. I took it up about 250 feet and I took one panorama from my backyard. I always stress test my batteries before I use them in serious flying, and this battery, even though right now, was advertised as used in new condition is surprisingly new. It only had four cycle counts on the battery, the voltages remain stable, and the battery drain during my test flight was very acceptable. So I would have to say this was a new DJI battery wrapped up as used. Or as close to new as you're gonna get buying a used battery.

Extra Batteries = Extra Flight Time!
These batteries are a no-brainer. The DJI claimed flight time is always shorter than actual due to environmental variables and the wear and tear you put on your batteries. What I can tell you is my experience with these. I don’t run them all the way down since doing that with Lithium batteries is bad. They’ll start to crystallize on the inside and lose their charge and capacity, or they’ll start to warp and blow up. Neither of those is a good thing. Don’t keep these on the charger longer than it takes to charge them, don’t deplete them too low (~15 percent charge) and don’t subject them to too much heat. Store them in a cool environment, charge them up before you take them out, run them down, then recharge. Keep on that cycle and they’ll last a long time. The flight time with each one of these batteries is roughly 20 minutes if you take care of them as mentioned above. I purchased six of these batteries so I can average about two hours of flight time per flight session. I would highly recommend the DJI charger. Yes, it takes longer to charge using the DJI proprietary charger, but that’s because it’s not overloading the batteries with a very fast charge. The DJI charger will do it exactly as intended to prolong your battery life. I would bet that aftermarket rapid chargers are doing some damage to your DJI batteries. Use the DJI stuff. Pay once, cry once.

“Used - Like New” as described
The battery arrived just loose in a bubble mailer with no manufacturer’s packaging. When I put it in the drone, the DJI app did show it as having 0 cycles, so I guess it really is a new battery. I had completely missed that it was a “Used - Like New” item in the description. Updated to 5 stars because it seems it was as described — I had just missed the description when ordering.

Turned out to be "older stock"
Received this battery on 08/28/2024 in sealed Dji packaging. During the first use after charging it seemed to be depleting pretty quickly. A couple of days later I was doing some Google searches and ran across a Dji serial number decoder. I entered the serial numbers of the 3 batteries that came with my FlyMore kit in early July 2024 and they had a manufacturer date of 12/08/2023. When I did the lookup on the battery I receive on my Amazon order the manufacture date was 01/07/2023, essentially 11 months older. I checked the cell voltages after the next charge and they looked okay so I decided to keep it and not send it back, although I probably should have. I now have 5 charge cycles and, while it's difficult to actually quantify, it seems to deplete about 15% faster than the later dated cells. I guess I'm hoping at this point that if it doesn't get better after about 10 or 12 cycles I will probably just relegate it to only be used for firmware and calibration updates only. Now that I have the serial number decoder I will check the serial number on the box before I open it to verify the date. Just for reference, I did verify that the serial number string on the battery did match what was on the box.

Said used, but were new!
I ordered 3 this morning and they arrived this afternoon. It said used like new, but all three were in sealed packages with about a 50% charge. They are genuine DJI batteries and all three had 0 charge cycles on them. They work and fit perfect in my mini2. They are currently charging in my DJI 3 battery charger.
