I've bought the packets so I may take it every where, or not, just want to be prepared. I've given up refined sugar for Splenda! Feel better, and brain fog is gone! It's super sweet if you've not used it before, beware. Overall, inflammation is gone, water retention is leaving, and I am about to lose 80 lbs. I hope to come back in 6 months to give a testimony. Splenda is going to make this transition much easier!
