Do these come in the chrome step plate for a 2 door?

So sorry, there are only 4 doors in the silver model at the moment. We will develop more models as soon as possible based on popular preferences. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Would this fit a 2021 rubicon gladiator?

No, I have a 2 dr Rubicon and a gladiator. These would be too small

Will they fit a 2016 wrangler 4 door rubicon unlimited?

Yes, they should. They fit my 2015 JKU Sahara and I think that the bolt holes are in the same location. I am very pleased with my purchase. I installed them myself without any help. I am pleased that the red portion of mine have not faded. I was concerned with that but not one sign of fading yet.
