Leg Cramps PM

Hyland's Leg Cramps PM – Helped Me Get Back to Sleep I've been dealing with some pretty intense leg cramps that wake me up in the middle of the night. Normally, I'd get out of bed and try to walk them off, but that often took a while and left me wide awake afterward. I decided to give Hyland's Leg Cramps PM a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. For me, it seemed to work fairly quickly, easing the cramping enough that I could relax and get back to sleep instead of pacing around the house in the middle of the night. One thing I appreciated most was that it helped me return to bed without feeling groggy the next morning. While everyone's experience may be different, it made a noticeable difference for me and has become something I like to keep on hand for those nights when leg cramps strike. If nighttime leg cramps are disrupting your sleep, this product may be worth trying. Based on my experience, it provided quick relief and helped me get the rest I was missing.

I had tried the daytime/regular time Hyland Leg Cramp relief just in desperation when taking different supplements or stopping certain supplements or prescriptions didn't help. The Regular works great for night time - until you get one of those cramps that starts in the arch of your foot or toes (yes it happens) and then works up through calves and even to your thighs. Holey Moley. the regular works for those if you take 2 or 3. nighttime you don't take as many. I have never had any adverse effects from them and they do dissolve under your tongue quickly. Make sure you don't have dry mouth - if you do take a sip of water before you put it under your tongue. I keep these next to my bed in a drawer. These are WAY preferable to drinking dill pickle juice at 2 a.m....

I really like this product. They help take away and keep my cramps at bay.

I often get severe leg cramps and this med is the best solution. In fact, I always keep it by my bed as my leg cramps happen in the middle of the night. I don’t have to take 3 that it recommends, 2 can calm my pain.

I've used the Hyland daytime for leg cramps and thought getting the PM would be better as that is when the majority of my leg cramps occur. It was my finding, though it might not be someone else's that I found it did not work as great as the original ones that I used. The PM ones were not working at all and I had to resort to my regular Hyland and it worked within less than a minute.

I have used the Hylands Leg Cramp PM three times so far and it has worked great! It works quickly even when I feel mild or severe cramping in my feet and calves. Surprised it only takes two dissolved under my tongue and didn't have to repeat later in the night.

It is good and I will buy it again.
