Hylands Pills work, no more twitchy legs.
I got immediate relief from twitching, moving legs after I started using Hylands tablets. I've been using quinine for a while and it seemed to work for some time until it didn't. Turns out quinine isn't even good for you to be taking. The commercial stuff you buy here isn't even strong enough to even have any benefits at all, and if you take too much of it, it can be poison. So, just take Hylands Leg Cramp pills. They do work. Just one is all it takes. One under the tongue when you lay down for bed. Nighty night.

These little pills work
These 2 little pills work so fast, it is amazing. Coming home from a big day of skiing, leg cramps up, put 1-2 pills under my tongue, in minutes the cramping stops. Same thing, when I wake in the middle of the night with a leg cramp, grab this little bottle in my night stand,2 pills under the tongue and walla, cramping stops.

It's natural and effective
I sometimes get restless legs at night and this does seem to help I do like that they are Pleasant tasting and dissolve quickly in your mouth it usually doesn't take long to get relief so I think it is a good product overall and a good value for the money I keep it on hand

It works for me!
It works for me and quickly. Sometimes 3 will do it in 2-3 minutes. If not, I take 3 more. Helps me go right back to sleep, too.

Life-saving find!
I have suffered with leg cramps for years thigh, ankle, toes, and everywhere in between, especially when I’m traveling. On a recent trip, one of the ladies told me about these tablets and she gave me a few to try. I put two under my tongue. The next time I had leg cramps and in less than 10 minutes, they were gone and never came back the rest of the night. I ordered them right away, so they would be waiting for me when I got home. Fortunately, I haven’t had to use them very often, but when I do, they work perfectly! I am so thankful I found them.

No more leg cramps
Seems to help with cramps. I take 2 every night and eat a banana a day. Since I started this routine, I haven't had any leg cramps.
