I noticed a considerable difference in resolving restless legs at night. I do actually recommend this product to other people with RLS syndrome. It’s something that is really common and for me it’s kept me up all night long and I didn’t even realize that I was experiencing this. I look for holistic products. I’m not willing to get on medication so somebody suggested this on Reddit and it was cheap so I bought it and I was really really impressed. I have been spreading the word about this. So my body twitches and my legs are a lot more soothed at night and You can sleep comfortably. I’m pretty sure it’s all natural. All of these are like herbal ingredients and it gives pretty good results. High-quality natural I take about three of the tablets at a time sometimes two it depends. And they dissolve under your tongue. They don’t taste bad. They actually taste kind of pleasant. And they’re really easy to use.

These pills work for me every time! I have occasional night time rls where it hits me just as I'm falling asleep. I keep a bottle of these on my nightstand. And I fall asleep within minutes. I have found that my rls is related to caffeine. I've always been sensitive to it but in recent years as I've gotten older I have made the connection between rls and having caffeine. My primary Dr wanted me on a prescription but I said this works just fine. I'm grateful that this is available.

Ugh - if you have restless legs, you know how bad they can be, how depressing it can be to fall asleep only to wake up with your legs feeling like fire is flowing through your leg veins or that squirming feeling like bugs are in your legs. There's just no way to stay in bed and "work through it." I've taken epsom salt baths at 4 am to try to calm down my legs, tried all sorts of creams, yoga poses and different products. These little quick-melt tabs are super easy to use, and do calm my legs. Note: they take a while to work (for me, at least an hour), and I've found, through trial and error, that taking more than 6 over a 12 hour period (2-3 every 4 hours as needed is dosage on box) seems to make me feel sick the next morning. I've been using them for maybe 8 months now, and they still help consistently. Given their low price, compared to other things, makes trying them a no-brainer!

This works!!! I got them for restless legs at night. Just let it melts. It says take three. I usually do one or two. So easy to take. Soft texture that just melts. They did tell me at the health store not to use after brushing my teeth. That the peppermint would counteract. Don’t know if that’s true but I follow it. I weight a while about an hour after I brush. Short ingredient list. I also really think it helps me sleep.

I use this stuff every night for restless leg along with my medication. Works well and taste fruity. Dissolves under your tongue

Did not work at alll for my husband. It may be that he doesn’t have restful legs but we were hoping it would help. To the Dr. we will go

I have been using restful legs for some time it does does help with my restless legs at night and the PM formula does help me to go off to sleep quicker would recommend this natural product over any prescription I always try the Natural Way first. The pills dissolve quickly and do not have a bad taste

I cannot tell yet if it works on not. I think it made me go to sleep and reduce pain, but it may only be my wishful self-fulfilling expectation. I am highly surprised on myself that I just swallow blindly a tablet from Amazon. Very fed up with my restless leg pain that tortures me for 4 years.

If I could give this a zero star I would because the tablets never works really it’s not what they are saying totally waste of money to buy them.
