So I'm a sensitive type of person she doesn't actually haunt people does she or is that just a story they tell ps I grew up in a haunted house

No she doesn't. I have 2 of these dolls and one of them my 4 year old loves as hers. There is a story that goes to her and she is fun to scar the Beetlejuice out of people for fun , but that's all.

What material is she?

All material except for China head and very nice hair

Is it plastic or porcelain?

It is ceramic or porcelain, definitely not plastic. Lily is very well made.

What is the actual size of this doll? One description says she is 13" tall and the other info says she is 6 x 4 x 9?

Hello! Standing up she is about 13 inches tall! However, since she is a Host a Ghost sit on a shelf haunted doll, with her skirt and sitting down, she is about 6in by 4in by 9in!
