Will coffee stay warm for a bit without the lid?

For a bit, but depends on how you define a bit.

Where can I get a replacement lid?

No replacement is available on Stanley website

This is a wonderful mug, but I wish they made it in a left handed version. :-( Stanley?

You can use both hands… keep them busy… you know what they say… An idle Hand is the devil’s playground.
