Great product
Remove cat hair from sofa and bed.

Not recommended.
Not suitable for real home use, especially with kids or messy floors. Stops easily, shows tank full when it’s not, hair clogs the brush, and once wet, the brush won’t rotate properly. Feels more like a cordless toy than a cleaning machine. Not recommended. Based on my experience using it at home, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable cleaning product.

Very disappointing product
Does not handle large objects. Wet vacuum setting drips water when used. Cant be used as a dry vacuum only. Easily blocked by small objects. Vacuum smells unless its pulled apart and dried

Very powerful and surprisingly, really good at removing cat hair out of furniture

We don't have pets, but when we were looking for a small, handheld vacuum I wanted something more solid and functional than a standard dust buster-type one. This was a little pricier than we originally wanted to spend, but when I saw 'pets' on it, I knew it was the right one. No more lugging the upright up and down the stairs. This is an amazing little machine and does an amazing job cleaning edges, stairs, sills, etc.

Excellent product. Very powerful, great at picking up pet hair (but not the best, say compared to the Bissell Pet hair eraser). A major benefit is the Lithium batteries which don't have memory effect and never lose charge. Charging cradle takes up a bit of space but it is elegant and great and holding/storing the vacuum when not in use. I wish it had a narrower nozzle to pick up dust in hard to reach spaces but it's not a real bummer. Would highly recommend to anyone with a pet.
