These capsules are not for topical use you take it internally. It does help with skin hair etc.

How long does this last in the refrigerator after opening?

I answered earlier...lasts indefinitely with or without refrigeration....but I forgot to add that it would be a good idea to research the qualities of this product. I believe that hyaluronic acid is similar to B12, in that it is ineffective in capsule or pill form but should be a sublingual tablet or in drops because it is not available except directly via blood vessels under the tongue. I think it has something to do with the size of the molecules or something like that. I take Vitamin B12 in a strawberry flavored liquid in a dropper bottle (Tropical Oasis) and it works well. Of course hyaluronic acid is available in a bottle of lotion, which makes your skin silky and is, of course, absorbed via the skin.
