Works on a Vampire V4 Standalone and Windows 11
Got a recommendation on Discord to try this JTAG interface to update my core on the Vampire's Cyclone 5's FPGA and it worked flawlessly with Quartus Lite 18.1 with Cyclone device support drivers.

Legitimate hardware, whew!
It took a while to get the Quartus Lite downloaded so I could use this, but it seems to work as intended.

This one programs ten times faster than the cheaper black and blue programmers
Works flawlessly with Windows 10. Writes a 16 megabyte image to flash in about half a minute, compared to the USB Blasters in the black and blue case that take about 4-5 minutes to write the same image, if they work at all.
