No caffeine!!!!!!!! It contains: alcohol denat., fragrance (parfum), water (aqua), butylphenyl methylpropional, hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexane carboxaldehtde, coumarin, alpha-isomethyl iodine, linalool, limonene, benzyl benzoate, citral, benzyl con namaste, eugenol, cinnamyl alcohol.

Does this have a musky smell to it? Is it suitable for my teenage son?

It does not have a musky smell. It's more subtle. I actually wear it during the day because it isn't musky. So yes it is suitable.

Does it smell like another men's cologne?

No it smells like it’s self. I use all of the Perry Ellis 360 colognes, Red, Black, Blue and Green and other smells

returned quickly when product is defective!

Product was delivered damaged. which could have be a deflect from manufacturing. Spray nozzle did not work! Amazon credited to my credit card and it only took 2 days to do so. Amazon is GREAT. I have reordered item and hopefully, it will work as it should.
