Hope for my bones
I ordered this Mega Vitamin K2 because I read the research of how high dose K2 affected Japanese women. I've been taking them regularly. I have no info at this point about DEXA or REMS results since I started them, but I am hoping these have a positive affect on my bones. They are very tiny, and easy to take.

Want stronger bones
I’m 59 and have low bone density. I will only take a pharmaceutical medication as last resort as I get older. I came across the Japan study, using this higher dose of K2, and found it on Amazon by Life Extension. I’m hoping that along with weight-bearing exercises and appropriate vitamin D3 and calcium, I can protect my bones. I want to do everything I can to prevent disease rather than treat it once it takes hold of me.

works but for a limited time
I am still working out how to fix my vitamin K problem. It appears that the mk7 form of K2 is better than the mk4 form. But the available dose sizes for mk7 are not big enough. As the literature notes, mk4 only lasts for about 4-5 hours and then I have to take more. For now, I am continuing to use this product but if I find an mk7 product with a bigger dose size, I may switch.
