This is a very handy bottle of liquid hydrating drops... highly recommend for use in the heat and just general everyday functioning to remain healthy and alert. Anti Cramp in a Bottle
I struggle with cramp a lot, have done since I was a child, but my handy little bottle of elete can be popped in a pocket and a few drops on the tongue can get rid of those annoying twitchy muscles.

It does have electrolytes for sure, it does have though a funny taste, not strong, but if you mix it with water, it will change it's taste, even with few drops
