Excellent Chile
Quality green chile for a good price. This is tasty stuff and the medium version is not overly flame-thrower level! It comes well packed and seems fresh. We've bought it several times and it can be used for many Mexican/Southwest dishes.

This stuff is super convenient to have around. It is delicious and can be a shoo-in for almost any "I thought I had some peppers for this dish bit where are they" moment. If nothing else, use this to make the world's finest queso dip and/or guac, if that's your thing. Heck, I've grabbed a spoon and eaten it straight out of the jar. Ingredients are pleasing enough for me. Not much in there other than just the peppers you're looking for.

Great hatch chili product
Our go to Hatch green chili in a jar when you can't get fresh. I make green pork chili using a jar of 505. Great taste and heat level.

If you enjoy Mexican dishes, then the Hatch Green Chile is hard to beat. The quality is excellent and the flavor is great.

Delicious and convenient.
This is one of the tastiest chili products on the market. I use it for everything, from sandwiches and tacos to mixing in chicken salad and sauces. The medium has just a tiny kick to it - the hot version can be very hot.

Great Green Chili. It does mold when left in the fridge too long… A week i about how long to leave it…

These are the real deal. If you can't find them frozen (and I've never found fire-roasted frozen ones), great alternative. Nothing better than a Hatch Green Chili! Apprx $8 for two cups is not what I'm used to, but I'm not living in the SW anymore. Great flavor, medium heat, excellent quality.

Love the flame roasted green Chiles and I appreciate the care the company took packaging them.
I love the flame roasted green chiles. I have been purchasing them for years from Costco, but I like the 16 ounce size so much better. It doesn’t take up as much space in the fridge and it is easier to handle. I also loved how they were packaged. The company took great care to make sure that they arrived to their customers undamaged. It was much appreciated especially since the same order had two cases of canned goods that each can was severely dented.
