Is this good food razor bump scars ?

Absolutely! I actually make my own shave oil then I apply this after the shower. It won't help prevent razor bumps or ingrowns persay but in a sense this acts like a peel for your privates. It'll help keep the area as clear as possible and with regular use I imagine you should see amazing results. With old scars that become dark in color they will lighten up fast. It won't make new skin if you have a deep scar or hole but it will definitely lighten them up which is really nice. Hope this helps ; )

I noticed a difference after daily use in a few weeks.
