Does it make your puppy smell good

Smells wonderful-light and clean. Used it prior to vet visit and both veterinarian and tech asked what smelled so good and where could they purchase it.

Does this have silicone in it? What is the ingredient list? Any thing that ends in a cone, like dimethicone, is a silicone.
