Can it fit underneath a motorcycle helmet

A motorcycle helmet alone should fit comfortably snug. Period. If you think you can wear anything inside your helmet occasionally then it’s too big which translates into a broken neck in an accident.

What is the head circumference?

Dear customer: Thank you for your attention to our products, the hat head circumference is 21.65 ~ 23.62 inch. Suitable for most people. This new design hat neck longer, better warm and windproof.

How well would this fit a toddler?

Fits my 4 year old son just fine.

Can this fit over a baseball hat

Absolutely, I have plenty of room and I wear my cap a lot. I even wear my hair back in a ponytail? I really like this hat, it snug on my neck, warm but still spicy when I need some air.
