This is my third order, always watermelon. I've also tried the lemon one but I much prefer watermelon. Can definitely recommend it for during and after the gym. Keeps you hydrated (main reason I drink it) and the BCAAs (which you do not taste) are an extra bonus.

I use this stuff faithfully with creatine after my workout on workout days and mid day on non workout days (normally after a walk). I have not been sore AT ALL taking this stuff. Sometimes I don’t stretch. I am not in the best shape. When I started using this I was 240 lbs (I’m 5’4.5”) I am now 195 lbs. I don’t swear by a lot of supplements but this to me is a must have. One of the things that contribute to people quitting their fitness journey is how much pain they find themselves in during recovery. Which is the worst at the start. You wake up feeling like you got hit by a train. Best way to take this is right after your workout. Though you can also sip it during your workout. However, it is important to also stretch. If you have time, stretch before and after the workout. If not, at least before. This stuff will work, but it isn’t magic. So, use it correctly and you will find it is very effective. I never feel jitters. It taste great to me. I think it is a great value for the price. I don’t taste anything too chalky, so I think that is good as far as texture. The ingredients seem to be natural and they are transparent on the label about them. I still feel like I have so much energy for the rest of the day but I don’t know if it has anything to do with this drink or not lol.
