Effective and bang for the buck vitamin

Its an expensive item with no return policy and to my disappointment opened seal.. How edible item specially vitamins can be consumed if the seal is opened??? No help from amazon???

I bought the newer version of the product and it was more expensive, but when I spoke to the sales representative, they told me that the content of the product is the same, and they didn’t change my product

After discovering that my ferritin was extremely low and that it was contributing to my dizziness and low energy, I did some research and ended up choosing this product. I learned that taking iron every other day may help with absorption because of hepcidin, which can make it harder for the body to absorb iron. This supplement can cause constipation, but I found that getting enough fiber can help with that. I also like that it combines iron with vitamin C and B vitamins in one pill. I had no stomach issues with the bisglycinate form of iron, which was a big plus for me. Of all the supplements I’ve taken, this has been one of the most important for me. I honestly didn’t realize how common low iron or ferritin could be, so if you’re wondering whether your levels might be low, it may be worth talking with your doctor about getting them checked. It’s a little pricey but for what it does I found it to be totally worth it.

This is the best iron supplement, containing all the other elements needed to digest and absorb iron into you system - however, nobody tells you how to take it correctly, not Thorne, not Amazon and not even my doctor. Just take it - right? Wrong! After taking iron for anemia for two years with no improvements, I learned how to take iron so that it works. Iron must be taken on an empty stomach one hour before eating. If it is hard to digest, you can take it with fresh orange juice or a few red grapes. The important part is to maintain the natural acidity of the stomach. Acidic fruit will not disrupt the iron absorption. Do not take with any dairy, coffee or other supplements as all this can void the absorption process. Take at the same time every day, early morning is best if possible. The reason is that when iron is taken, the liver secretes a hormone which limits the iron absorption, and this hormone stays in the blood for 24 hours. Some studies suggest it is better to take a double dose every other day, but other studies show that daily dosing is just as good. There are some other things to know so please do a search on how to take iron for anemia, and also look up - which way is better for you, daily dosing or alternate day dosing. I knew none of this and wasted a couple of years taking iron together with my other supplements and food and failing to rebuild my iron and hemoglobin levels. As soon as I started taking it correctly, I started feeling more stamina and less tired within days. Anemia is not fun, it makes you tired and irritable and slows down your system for healing. It creeps up on you and is tough to reverse if you don't know how to take your iron. Do your research. You will get results right away with this great Thorne iron supplement, it is the easiest to digest of all the iron products out there. I have had no problems with it. Good luck!

I have been using Thorne Ferrasorb for two months now and while intially it worked great and I felt so much better and the pills were gentle on stomach, with no side effects, the second month didn't work well. I am now getting hurt burns and nasty metallic taste after taking the pills, even with food or after full tummy.
