Very good for its quality and price too.

Helped lower my osteoporosis.
I've used this product daily for about 8 years. I take daily with Vit D-3 and It has help reverse osteoporosis. I DO NOT take calcium.

Big price increases
The product is great, but the pricing randomly increases by half, so I often shop other brands. There’s no reason why the same bottle costs $19 one month and the next it’s $28. Not worth it, there are other good brands.

I appreciate this product.
This particular formula is not easy to find as a single ingredient. It was prescribed by my doctor as part of the supplement protocol for osteopenia - 90-180 mcg daily, for bone mineral density increase. Most of the other manufacturers of vitamin K2 include K2-MK4 which directs Calcium into blood vessels and organs. It is a small softgel and easy to swallow. The "other ingredients" are not unknown substances, so I can feel good about taking them. They will soon be on my subscription list.
