Review: Good book - I like it Review: Yes yes yes - I enjoyed reading this book so much! These characters are all so complex and relatable. I couldn’t help but want each of them to have their happy ending. Liya and Jay! Their love story is so powerful and beautiful. They’re soulmates you can’t change my mind. Liya’s friends were so supportive! I’m a sucker for these types of friendships. I absolutely would love to eat chocolate and drink wine with them while gossiping about Jay! Jay’s family warmed my heart! His Ma is everything to me. I think she was my favorite character! If this book is on your tbr read it NOW! Just don’t do it on an empty stomach because you’ll want to eat everything that is described!

Definitely a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read!
🪷Ahh where do I start I loved everything about this book! From the banter to the classic enemies to lovers trope! Which btw is done so well!! The angst Awh sooo good! 🪷Of course I loved the south Asian culture and all the food talk yum😋 so fun to read something of your culture that is written so well😌 🪷What I didn’t expect was some of the heavy topics it mentioned, but I think that just added so much more depth to the plot and their relationship but pls read the trigger warnings and ya get em tissues ready😩
