If a flashlight clip has the same room on the other side and had a slight gap. Usually all clips and be turned around for hat use if not sealed of none move able.

I am using it with Leatherman Wave in Nylon Sheath - it fits it perfectly. It is really nice flashlight. I strongly recommend it.Length is on Amazon website: 4.02 inch.
