Hubby has used this brand of branch chain aminos for yonks but usually just buys the smaller tubs (30 serves). This tub, though a demon to fit in our tiny kitchen pantry, is much better value and he gets to enjoy his fav for longer between purchases. As for why this product is good - he likes the taste and it seems to do what he needs.
