Works Really Well
I'll admit to being a little doubtful whether or not the PrepSolutions Microwaveable Bacon Grill would work but I was tired and frustrated with using paper towels. It's wasteful, messy, and I wasn't getting even cooking leaving me with both partly burned and partly undercooked bacon. It was very unsatisfying.I took a chance on the PrepSolutions Microwaveable Bacon Grill and I am very happy I did. The bacon turns out great. It was cooked evenly across the board with no splatter in the microwave. It's easy to lift the top part of the grill to check on progress. My microwave is on the smallish side, not tiny or anything like that, but not a full size either. Still, the Grill fit perfectly on the turntable.Of course one does have to clean the PrepSolutions Microwaveable Grill instead of throwing it away like I did with paper towels, but it's really easy to clean. It's like having two extra dishes- not a big issue. Plus you can actually collect some of the bacon grease which is great for all kinds of cooking.That my bacon turned out great makes this worth buying on it's own. Adding all the savings on paper towels, easier cleaning, and getting some bacon grease to boot and I feel very comfortable recommending this produce to anyone looking for to ditch the paper towel.

A great microwave tray at a good price.
I tried for some time to find tray which is usable in a microwave with a firm base, this is the best I found by far. I microwave bacon and sausages and find it to be ideal.

Fantastic Bacon Grill!
This bacon grill is fantastic! The item was packaged well, good instructions and works as described. Cooks the bacon evenly and cleans up easily - (I've only washed by hand). The grill and lid are made out of solid material and seem to be of good quality. I have a larger turntable so it's no problem to turn with this large grill, but if your microwave is too small to turn with this grill you can turn the turntable off in any microwave by lifting out the centre piece under the turntable glass and once done just place it back (an appliance sales person taught me that trick). I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend the product.
