How do I get in touch with the seller? One of the massagers does not work after installing the batteries correctly.

They will not help you. I’ve tried. It’s a rip off product!

What brand battery fits this device?

Any brand regular AA will be fine

AA batterie wont fit into my rollers... Why?

Some brands AA battery are oversize, especially rechargeable AA battery. Please change other brand AA battery.

I put aa battery, i think the right size, but the round massager does not work. both batteries are the same but only t-shaped tool works. what to do?

Be sure the battery is positive side up. And be sure to turn the on/off tool fully. About 180 degrees.
