Does it remove the sand from bottom of the pool?

Yes it’s removing the sand but you should have high flow filter to clean well.. otherwise you will not get a good result

How long is the hose pipe that is supplied with the vaccum??

Don't really remember the exact length of hose. But good enough to clean my 7.2X3.2X1.2m pool.

i have the intex Water pump Krystal Clear 602, is this pump enough to operate the vacuum?

I not sure that. I think your filter is smaller
