Don't tighten the clean water tank's connector!
If you do not get any water comming out. There is an issue with the screw in black connector on the bottom of the fresh water. It does not push down/engage with the base, unless slightly loosened. Once you have worked this out the cleaner operates as expected. The manual describes the lids of the clean and dirty water containers as 'Petrol' caps. A surprising translation for a German product. Karcher should employ the services of proper translator, rather than use AI.
