I have used cognitive herbs over 25 years. I can say with confidence that this Brahmi (Bacopa) is one of the best I have used to date. My experience: Its a powerful antioxidant that has improved my memory, comprehension, speed of thinking and helps me finding the right words at the right time (similar to their finest Ginkgo). Bacopa improves perception and clarity of mind. My brain feels more clean on it.
