I have been taking for over a decade. A great vitamin pack for taking advantage of the catalysts the vitamins and minerals offer to ensure your performance and immune system are top notch. Great Solution
I struggled for a long time trying to find the right nutrient blend, and supporting vitamins/nutrients to help aid with everything.This is a great all in one solution. I ran out and definitely noticed the difference. I also just added additional Vitamin D as I work underground and donโt see much sunlight.Check the levels and % RDI and just add the odd extra thing that you may need.The amount of tablets seem excessive at first, but you get used to it quickly.
