Gel Bead Multi-Use Pack

Great ice pack, freezes back up extremely quickly. Wish it was a little larger to cover more of the back area but has become my go to ice pack for pain. Stays cold for a long time and stays in place with the elastic band.

Stayed cold for about a half hour before having to return it to the freezer for later use. Im a big girl so it won't fit around me but I can handle that. I just hang on to the strap and put it on my back. Good quality product and good value. Size is excellent for covering a large area of the body. Flexes well and relief is almost immediate.

Good ice pack. I expected it to be a little larger. But it works as designed.

This has really helped with my lower back stiffness and pain. I use it for heat on my lower back. The velcro tabs help to secure it in place. This is my third purchase. After a year or two the gel beads shrink after regular use and the plastic has popped and broken during heating. But, for the money, I have gotten my money's worth in how often I use it.

I needed an ice pack for a shoulder injury. I looked at a lot of options and tried several. This product was the best option. The strap with velcro allows me to wrap it around my shoulder and wear it while I am working on my computer. When it is first out of the fridge and very cold, I start on the fabric side which is soft and felt like and then flip it to the bead side. It stays cold for a long time. It is very flexible and molds to the shape of my shoulder. My daughter also used this product for her lower back, and it worked great for her too. I highly recommend it.

Nice item, but after a few uses, the edge cracked and the little beads started leaking out. I was able to put some medical tape over the hole to keep them in, but don’t know how long that will last. I only used it as a cold pack, I can’t imagine it would last if you were using it both as a heating and cold pack.

I have persistent lower back pains whenever it snows. When physio or massage therapy becomes less available during the COVID pandemic and with very limited financial coverage with my current drug plan, I am very pleased to find this cold and hot pad to cure my lower back pain. It is easy to reheat in a microwave. The elastic strap is very helpful in stabilizing the pad in my lower back. I can sit still in front of my laptop and work for a long period of time. And even better, I can smell the natural lavender scent. I am very happy to make this smart purchasing choice. I would recommend it to whoever is also suffering from lower back pain :-)

I bought this in November - I have used it half a dozen times and now the small beads are coming out from one side, as shown in the photo so therefore can't use it as you can't put it in the microwave or freezer! I wanted to return it and hoped you'd replace it for a new one as it did help, ​but it's out of return date!

i sprained my ankle at someone else’s house who had this and instantly ordered one for myself as someone who usually uses hard ice packs for things like that it was so nice to be able to wrap this around my ankle and it’s nice to be able to use it in so many other places
