Would this size fit a child 6 years old,about a size 7?

My son is turning 7 next month and it fits him fine and he wears 6/7 clothes. He's about 49 inches tall and 52 pounds if that helps.

can an adult woman wear the cape ?? not looking for it to be long, more concerned about going around my neck..

This would make an ideal cape for a certain lady to be a Naughty Vader. The cape would end above her waist, leaving all the fellow Halloween revelers to check out her rear assets. As long as said woman doesn't have the neck of a linebacker, she should be fine. Enjoy!

will this fit someone 5 ft 5?

No, it will be really short. It's for a child.
