2 of my 4 quit holding air after only 2 or 3 uses. What's wrong with this product?

I am assuming you have checked the inflate/deflate valve. If all is OK there , inflate the pillow and hold it underwater in a tub to locate the leak. Notify Customer Service of the problem and the location of the leak. Seams or pinholes may be “fixed” with something like Flexseal spray. I have not had any issues with mine.

Dear valued customer, the pillow is not washable. Please use a damp towel to wipe clean the surface. Please make sure the pillow is completely dry before putting it to the storage sack.
