Which one should I use a Cetafhil eczema cream for 7 years kids? adult or baby?

In my opinion, I would suggest using the adult version of Cetaphil. There is a formula for eczema also made by Cetaphil called Restoraderm Soothing Moisturizer that could be useful!

Can I use it on a 1 month old baby?

I wouldn’t. Set my skin on fire.
