I did the physical pre-order through Amazon, and I received a download code in my email for what seems to be a music remix? The download was titled: "Reploid Remixes", it could also be the updated graphic data as well. I do not know yet, since I have not received my game yet.

Why is this sold out everywhere, and why is only the Switch version so expensive?

It's sold out and the sellers on Amazon are gouging. This retails for $30, on Switch e-store, Steam, and every other platform. The Switch physical box is hard to find, but don't be suckered in - DON'T OVERPAY!

Will this collection also include the e-reader add-ons like the nintendo ds version?

Yes, I believe they’re also expanding on the ide, or at least transferring all the features from the DS Collection
