had a post-surgical infection and a completely open wound. I am so against antibiotics that I really wanted to try something for a day or two before resorting to the medications. As soon as this arrived, I dressed the wound with it and waited a day. To my complete shock, the wound was fully closed, and all the redness had subsided. Incredible! I am definitely making this a staple in my medicine cabinet. But be aware, it's expensive and the tube is tiny. But it only takes a tiny bit. What a great find!

I burned my hand while reaching into the oven. I figure it was about a 3-inch long 2nd degree burn. I’ll spare you the details by posting a picture of it after the blister popped, but it was pretty gross. After using this product for only 3 days (cleaning the burn with soap and water and a little hydrogen peroxide, applying a thin layer of the honey, and covering it with bandaids) it’s almost healed. It looks and feels so much better after such a short amount of time. I had no issues with the cap or consistency.

My surgeon told me to use this on my surgery incision swere a thick scab had formed. It started softening it on the first application. Amazing stuff! Inexpensive and arrived quickly.

The product is wonderful and really helps to heal non serious wounds. But the bottle could be improved. I don't love the way it doesn't close securely, it would be hard to travel with. But it's great for at home.

I had multiple surgeries on my leg and had wounds that were slow healing. This ointment is gentle on skin, has a pleasant smell and really works great for healing wounds due to it's moisturizing and antibacterial properties. The 3 pack goes a long way. I will keep using this product.

My 101 year old dad had 2 injuries on his legs and they would not seem to dry out no matter all of my efforts. I used this Activon Manuka Honey Gel and left it covered for 3 days and then repeated that for 2 more times and it dried it out and it is healed. It did not burn him nor did the cover on the tube give me a problem like some have said. I applied it with a q tip and by 2 weeks, all healed and naturally. This deserves a five star for sure!

This is a MEDICAL grade manuka honey to be used topically only. I had a stubborn wound on my leg that was taking long to heal using Polysporin (which is excellent), so I switched to Medical Manuka Honey which healed the wound in a couple of weeks. It's even good to use on your pets if they have wounds. It doesn't help itching. Cortisone is for itch.

Way too thin and runny to put into a wound. Other brands have a toothpaste consistency that will stay where you place it until you put a bandage on top. This stuff just runs like water. Also the tube is as cheap as you can make it and the cap is a hunk of plastic that basically will fall off it you look at it the wrong way. Smells like honey and may work great. Just not the best horse in the show so far...
