I purchased your umbrella last week. i cannot close the umbrella. how do i do it? i opened the umbrella with the button but it won't close.

It's been a while since I've purchased this umbrella and I can't remember how to open it. I would guess at pulling down the black handle and looking for a button to release it. I did manage to open it but it didn't matter because one of the spokes was broken and not repairable. I was very disappointed in this umbrella. Had to toss it out, never used. I hope you have better luck.

Does this umbrella have Auto open/close?

No, neither. Mine will not stay up when I walk or a with a little bit of breeze. Sorry I didn’t return it.

The umbrella I bought, the material came off the ribs. Is there a warranty for replacement?

I do not know the answer, but I found the product to be of much lesser quality than advertised. I bought two and one broke upon first use. Did not aise issue to avoid the hasssle.
