I used my fingerprint to sign in --- will it recognize my fingerprint after I install the protector?

I used my finger daily without any issues. You should not have any problems utilizing biometrics with the screen protector.

Can you use the pencil

Yes. The screen protector doesn't affect the use of the pencil. I don't even notice the screen protector is there. It fits perfectly and works great.

It is not anti glare. It's looks the same as if you are looking at the regular iPad screen.
