yeah it should, as long as the disc isn't damaged like mine was. it had one scratch on it when I got it.

The one you see in the pic is the black label but there's really no way to know what you will get I got the greatest hits one with the red label they are the same game

no these are NTSC games you need to look for ones that say PAL on them
