nice small/compact little ball head for steady camera work. I got this to put on my monopod so I could attach my Pentax Kx and have a little more stability for some walkabout shots. Great value for the price and well built. Looks nice on my monopod, is very smooth to operate and functions as advertised.

Nice build quality. Havent used yet but meets my expectations so far.

They are what they are - and a jewel and innovative. BUT - they are far tinier than you may realize. They are great ONLY for very small vlogging mirrorless and palm-size camcorders. As you can tell, with a little critical thinking, that is a 1/4 inch screw on top - and the plate is just slightly over 4 of them in the longest dimension. So, even though the AD NEGLECTS TO GIVE DIMENSIONS, and they show this thing balancing a big DSLR with a HONKIN LENS - that's a negative Fred. Another thing you may not like is there is no friction knob, and no pan ability. The ball head itself is either on (locked) or off (totally free) no in-between. Of course that would cost more so I'm not faulting them for that - and in-studio, that's what you want: Set, Lock, Zoom.

This is a wonder little ballhead. But I bought this for the quick release plate. I found it to be a little too long too fit in RRS quick release clamp and the Benro FS30. I had to file the edge to make the plate fit. I shouldn’t blame this plate entirely as all these quick release have tight tolerance. That’s why some adjustments screw.

Does anyone know why Amazon asked me to rate the warmth and sheerness of a ballhead??? In any case it was bought to sit on top of a trekking pole and it is very light and very well made for the price. I would not recommend it for more than about two pounds of gear on top, but I would not be trusting it with my Leica if it had not impressed me.

This is a very tiny tripod head. I thought that's what I wanted, but it's just TINY. And it doesn't have a panorama, which I guess I should have know when I bought it, but I didn't realize just how vital that feature was until I had a tripod head without it. I exchanged it for a KF.

This ball head is unbeatable if you are looking for an ultra small lightweight ball head to top off a monopod or travel tripod. It locks up extremely tight, supporting ANY size camera and lens without slipping! Once you tighten it down it will not move, period. Very highly recommended, great affordable product!

Very good product. The main thing is it's value for money. Also it is holding my canon Eos 700d DSLR with 250 mm tele without any issues. It is very easy to use and we can tight the ball head in a small movement. Made full of metal.
