Sounds nice
The Santa Rosa is a nice instrument. The only issue I have is that the frets where not sanded down. So it left sharp edges. And there where minor blemishes nothing major. Still a nice instrument and sounds nice.

Great Sounding Cuatro, very well made!
Much better than I expected, very well made, easy to play, straight neck, bright clear and clean tone, beautiful sound, I would have paid twice the price for this cuatro. I should have bought the KQ100K package with the accessories included, Very happy with the quality for the price I paid. Well done!

Incredible buzz, high action, piece of junk.
I just returned this Santa Rosa cuatro and must tell you why you absolutely should not buy it. *IF* you must buy it make sure you can return it for free (I could) because I doubt you will be happy with it. Mine had buzzing on almost all of the strings no matter what tuning it was in and the finish was very rough. What is crazy is that the action was VERY high and yet the strings still buzzed a LOT. I honestly don't know how this is possible because I have never received an instrument new OR used in this bad of a condition.

Beautiful guitar. My father was very happy to receive it for Father's Day BUT it was made defective. As you pluck the strings toward the bottom they are not their own individual tune because of the wooden bar that was not placed right so the strings all sound the same. Disappointed.

Quality for price and authenticity
Buy many instruments from around the world. By far this is the most authentic and accurate sounding instrument I have bought - so far from Amazon partners. Beautiful finish, great harmonics, and great to play.

Nice cuatro but make sure you purchase strings along with instrument
Nice Cuatro...gave it only 2 stars as i had to run out and purchase new strings, the ones on the instrument came frayed and had to be replaced ASAP
