おいしくお餅がつけます。買ってよかったです。プラスチックカバーの上から状態を見ることができるので、子供も大人も楽しめます。つき加減も調節可能です。使用後の管理に少し注意が必要です。水を入れる部分がありますが、その部分は使用後きれいに掃除をしないと白く変色、また何か塊みたいなものが出来てきて取れなくなります。きれいにしておくと、次回使用時気になりません。

Youtube and google translate
This product is excellent quality, but it comes with Japanese instructions only. I successfully learned how to use it by watching YouTube tutorials and using Google Translator, and I am extremely happy with the product.

ワンタッチ自動で短時間で出来て本当に楽です。蒸す、つくが別々になっている他社製品と迷いましたが、こちらを選んで大正解でした。蒸し水の量は少し多めの方が柔らかくて伸びのある綺麗なおもちができます。

NO ENGLISH MANUAL
Was disappointed about manual - there's not english manual. Not matter what or where it comes from, it should always includes an english manual because not everyone speaks or read other languages.Overall, I am please, but couldn't figure out which button is which. I just keep pushing all the button until finally it took me a while to get it to work. It would be nice if they just add an english manual with the order.
