What does moringa powder taste like, and how do I use it?

Earthy and grassy, closest to matcha but without the caffeine. Stir it into smoothies, juice, oatmeal, yogurt, or baked goods. New to moringa? Start with a half teaspoon and build up to a full 2-teaspoon serving as your taste adjusts.

How much moringa powder should I take, and when will I feel it?

Start with a half teaspoon (about 1g) and build up to a full 2-teaspoon serving. Moringa's energy is steady, not a jolt like coffee, so most people notice the difference with consistent daily use rather than all at once.

Is this moringa powder vegan, organic, and third-party tested?

Yes to all three. USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO, 100% vegan, and third-party tested for quality and purity before it ever leaves our hands, so you know exactly what you're getting in every scoop.

Is moringa safe to take during pregnancy or for kids?

As with any supplement, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use during pregnancy, while nursing, or for children, since individual needs vary and we're not able to give medical advice here.

How is moringa different from matcha, spirulina, or kale?

Moringa is more nutrient-dense than kale, packing over 150 plant bioactive compounds plus calcium, iron, fiber, and protein. Unlike matcha, it's naturally caffeine-free, so you get steady energy without jitters or a crash.
