A great option, this is all I will use
My omegas were very deficient in a blood test three months ago. I gave my self an extreme dose, 3 pills in the morning 3 at night and I am so happy that these supplements DELIVERED. A recent blood test with perfect results. I can feel it in my body I am on the right track. There is no weird taste, easy to swallow, no fish smell 10/10 recommend. I have labs to show it is an effective supplement

Solid Affordable and Quality Omega 3 Supplement
I have been using this omega supplement on and off for the past 5-6 years and I am never disappointed with the quality from Nordic Naturals. I have noticed my inflammation go down (especially on my skin which is why I began in the first place) and don’t sense any other effects. They are affordable, good quality, and easy to consume if you have not access to fresh fish omegas. I’m happy with Nordic Naturals so far…
